This digital transformation is an effort to overcome the obstacles of complex bureaucratic procedures and physical queues that hinder time and cost efficiency for taxpayers. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and analysis of supporting documents. The results show that the implementation of Website PAK SAMSON has successfully integrated e-government principles through strategic features such as an AI-based automatic tax calculator and an online vehicle sale report blocking service with an accuracy rate of 95%. Operationally, this innovation has reduced service time from 30-60 minutes to only 1-3 minutes and reduced physical queues by 20-30%. The ease of accessibility through an intuitive interface and multilingual AI chatbot features has been proven to increase taxpayer independence. Along with the rapid growth of social commerce, interactive marketing strategies and time-based promotions have become crucial factors in triggering spontaneous purchasing decisions. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires from 100 respondents who are TikTok users and consumers of The Originote in the Sukabumi area. The results of the partial test (t-test) show that Live Streaming has a very dominant and significant influence on Impulse Buying. Similarly, Flash Sale is proven to have a significant effect on impulsive purchasing. Simultaneously (F-test), both variables together have a significant effect on the dependent variable. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran digital yang digunakan oleh hotel dalam rangka menarik minat calon tamu. Metode yang diterapkan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, mencakup magang, observasi langsung, dan keterlibatan dalam program kerja pemasaran, dengan fokus pada pemanfaatan media sosial (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok), penggunaan Online Travel Agent (OTA), pembuatan konten promosi visual, dan promosi langsung. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran digital berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat, jangkauan pasar, serta minat tamu untuk layanan kamar, paket meeting, dan pernikahan. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan sarana promosi, kurangnya konsistensi di media sosial, dan minimnya sumber daya manusia di bidang pemasaran masih ada. The purpose of this journal is to examine the implementation of the work system, work programs, and the relevance of the internship activities to the field of study, as well as to identify the obstacles encountered and the efforts undertaken to address them. The method used in preparing this journal includes direct observation, active participation in work activities, and documentation studies during the internship period. The results of the observations indicate that the work system in the HR and General Affairs Department has been implemented fairly well and in a structured manner, supported by a clear division of tasks and the application of work procedures. The work programs carried out play an important role in supporting the smooth administration of personnel management and general services. However, several constraints were still identified, such as administrative processes that have not yet been fully digitalized and limited system integration, which require more time and careful attention in their implementation. Based on these findings, improvement efforts are needed through enhancing administrative digitalization, integrating the attendance system with personnel data, and improving HR competencies. With these improvements, it is expected that the performance of the HR and General Affairs Department of PG Rejo Agung Baru Madiun will become more effective and efficient in supporting the company’s objectives. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah persaingan ketat antara Aqua sebagai pemimpin pasar dengan Le Minerale yang terus mengalami peningkatan pangsa pasar. Data Top Brand Index tahun 2020–2024 menunjukkan penurunan indeks merek Aqua, yang menuntut perusahaan untuk memperkuat strategi pemasaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan explanatory research. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada 130 responden di Sukabumi dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa citra merek dan iklan berpengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan kontribusi sebesar 70,6%. Studi ini dilakukan pada Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Tebo dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dari 161 responden yang merupakan pegawai akuntansi menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem akuntansi keuangan daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap transparansi dan akuntabilitas. Selain itu, transparansi juga berpengaruh positif terhadap akuntabilitas serta memediasi hubungan antara sistem akuntansi keuangan daerah dan akuntabilitas. The research employed a quantitative approach with a survey design. The population consisted of TikTok Shop users residing in Bali Province, with a sample of 150 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through an online questionnaire measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results indicate that AI-Personalized Recommendation has a positive and significant effect on Perceived Value and Purchase Decision. Perceived Value was found to significantly influence Purchase Decision and act as a mediating variable. Trust also has a significant direct effect on Purchase Decision, but it does not moderate the relationship between Perceived Value and Purchase Decision. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausal. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 guru RA yang ditentukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dengan skala Likert yang sebelumnya diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Demikian pula, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Secara simultan, gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru RA. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) mengindikasikan bahwa 61% variasi kinerja guru dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. The research method is quantitative using secondary data. The population used is a case study at the Karawang Central Plaza Mall Food Court. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with a sample of 106 respondents. Based on statistical analysis methods, the indicators in this study are valid and reliable, the data are normally distributed, there is no multicollinearity, and there is no heteroscedasticity. The results and discussion indicate that Service Quality has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, and Price has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. This study aims to evaluate and redesign the salary structure for SME XYZ employees in Ciomas, Bogor Regency. Employing a descriptive quantitative approach, the population and sample comprise all salary data from 28 employees. Primary data were collected through interviews, job analysis questionnaires, salary surveys, and secondary data from literature reviews, conducted February–March 2025. Data analysis includes pre-improvement salary mapping, determination of 10 compensable factors based on Hay Group (2005) and Committee (2009), job value assessment using Hay System, given grade job grading method, and salary structure design with adhered point system. Findings reveal the initial salary structure was disproportionate to job values; redesign produces 4 grades (job value 402-755) with salary ranges Rp2,200,000–Rp5,082,000 and total salary increase of Rp49,899,200.
